Below are courses we recommend for small groups. Each one is designed to guide discussion and help your group grow together.
Practicing the Way
An eight-session course by John Mark Comer that introduces group members to a life of apprenticeship to Jesus. Through teaching, guided discussion, and spiritual practices, it lays a foundation for lasting transformation and is designed to be walked through together in community.
Alpha
Alpha is an 11-week small group experience built for honest, judgment-free exploration of faith. If you have friends or family who are far from God, Alpha gives you a natural, low-pressure way to invite them into conversation and community.
The Marriage Course
Over 7 weeks, The Marriage Course helps couples strengthen communication and deepen their relationship through practical, guided conversation. It's built for privacy within a group setting, so it works well for small groups looking to invest in couples without any public sharing required.
The Parenting Children Course
This 5-week course from Alpha gives parents and carers of children ages 0–10 practical tools to build strong foundations, meet their child's needs, set healthy boundaries, and nurture good relationships. It's easy for small groups to run, no expertise needed, and works well for any parenting situation, whether parenting solo, as a couple, or as a step-parent.
The Parenting Teenagers Course
This 5-week course from Alpha helps parents and carers of teens ages 11–18 navigate the transition into adulthood with practical guidance on setting boundaries, supporting emotional health, and helping teens make good choices. It's simple for small groups to lead and works for any family situation, offering real encouragement for the unique challenges of parenting teenagers.
