WEATHER REPORT: It may be fall but it's heating up around the staff and region. Weather is looking like the rain will continue and increase until the entire region floods in mid October. Prepare for more. Settle for nothing less.

"I just keep seeing this image, like a fountain, but it's like, it's like a cute image, you know, like, the fountain is bubbling up and there's water coming out of it, but we could like step on the end like an opening, right? And we could actually suppress the waters, but I felt like the Lord is saying, I am turning the fountain into a geyser where the water is explosive coming out of the opening and you couldn't plug it, you couldn't contain it, you couldn't stop the eruption of water from coming out if you wanted. I just sense that He was saying, like, there's nothing that can stop what I'm about to do. Like, the pressure cannot be contained." -Cassie Shaffer. Sons of Thunder (Samuel & Jon) strike again with urgent call to ask again for "another drink." Tears flowed freely in the latest staff prayer. As Christian Sandel led us in the beautiful hymn through even his own tears: "I'd rather have Jesus." attr. to Oscar C. A. Bernadotte, 1888 Rhea F. Miller, 1922 "I'd rather have Jesus than silver or gold. I'd rather be His than have riches untold. I'd rather have Jesus than houses or land. I'd rather be led by His nail-pierced hand… He's all that my hungering spirit needs; I'd rather have Jesus and let Him lead." Power tangibly flowed as the staff worshipped. Jolts like electricity shot through the room well after the time of dismissal. What will He do next?
GOD SENDS PROPHETS TO CONFIRM, WARN, AND ENCOURAGE
Jamie Moyers of Herrin, IL a former pastor of the Vineyard and trusted prophet drove three hours to give Happy Leman and Prophetic Team powerful and confirming words. Two months ago, Jaimie felt impressed to share words that He had dreamed, sensed and even smelled for the Vineyard Church of Central IL for the last two years. The timeline is not lost on the prophetic team as two months prior was July 2024, when we began to have the outpouring. On his way to Urbana today he sensed God say: "They're my friends because they wait with me." -God to Jaime about TVC. In C3 Jamie, Happy, Di, and prophetic team gathered to hear a string of words and senses Jamie has had around our church for this season. Words surrounding Revival coming to our area for our movement and in the University of Illinois. He received a word that Happy is an old strong general that is to help guide the next gen in what is coming. The time was powerful and extremely confirming of last several years and months. Jamie being completely out of our day to day had no idea how profound these themes were. "The main thing has to be the main thing- which is Jesus." Jaimie encouragement to our house.
TVC Gals take rain to: Goshen, IN
Leah Wenger and members of their newly established "Women in Leadership Cohort" took to the town of Goshen, Indiana for their annual Area Women's Conference hosted by the Vine Church. There was no obstacle (mostly) that stood in Leah's way as she led the women of the area in authenticity, power, and freedom. The Gift of Prophecy flowed in great measure as the ladies put into practice the Revelation promise: The Testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy. From the prophetic rooms to the vulnerable testimonies shared by our own Mel Molina, and Cassie Shaffer, God made His presence known in the Vine.
